Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance. By booking a session with The Alchemy Room, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the appointment, as stated at the time of booking. Prices are listed clearly on the website and may be updated from time to time.

Health & Medical Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to treatment. This includes medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or any other relevant health concerns.

Reflexology and energy healing are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition or concern, you are advised to consult your GP or healthcare provider.

Scope of Practice

Treatments provided by The Alchemy Room are indented to support relaxation, well-being, and balance. No medical claims, diagnosis's, or guarantees of outcomes are made.

Client Comfort & Consent

Your comfort, safety, and well-being are always prioritised. You are free to stop or adjust a treatment at any time and are encouraged to communicate openly before, during and after your treatment.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal and health information is treated as confidential and stored securely in accordance with UK data protection laws. Information will never be shared without your consent, unless required by law.

Insurance

The Alchemy Room is fully insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

​

Right to Refuse or Terminate Treatment

The Alchemy Room reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment at any time if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.
