I'm Dee, a fully qualified Reflexologist, Reiki master energy healer, auricular Acupuncture practitioner and breathwork facilitator. My work is rooted in my own healing journey - one that taught me the profound power of slowing down, reconnecting to the body, and honouring the wisdom within. It is through transforming my own life and healing that I felt called to help others transform theirs.
With a grounded, holistic approach, I create a safe and nurturing space where clients can release stress, restore balance and reconnect with themselves. My practice integrates evidence informed reflexology with energetic therapies to support the body, mind, and nervous system. Offering a compassionate pathway toward deeper well-being.
I am passionate about helping women reclaim their sense of calm, resilience and self-worth, though I work with men who seek clarity, healing and support as well. Whether someone is looking for relief from stress, support through life transitions, or a moment of stillness in a busy world, my intention is always the same: to meet each client with empathy, presence and personalised care.
My mission is to hold space for genuine transformation - helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered, as they return to themselves.
